Jeanie has lived and worked in the Triangle for 20 years. She is a Carolina alumni and lovingly calls Chapel Hill home. Jeanie worked in healthcare at both Duke Hospital in Durham and in the Rex Healthcare system prior to making the switch to full time real estate. Being so deeply rooted in the Triangle generated a fierce passion for life in this desirable area.
Jeanie very much enjoys spending time with her husband, Nate, and their three children who frequent the many enchantments this area has to offer.
Gina Nelson - Business Operations Manager
Gina discovered her love for all things real estate while working in the design and construction industry. Gina works behind the scenes to help with communication and client management for Stasko Realty Group. She brings years of experience in structural design, construction management and custom home building.
Gina has lived all over (Connecticut, Chicago, Nashville, Boston, Durham) and now calls Chapel Hill home. Gina attended Vanderbilt, M.I.T. and Duke. She is also a fitness and yoga instructor in the Triangle area. Working in the wellness industry for so many years has taught Gina how to bring otherwise different people together and how to use her building/structural/math and teaching skills in a creative way. She applies these same principles to her work with Stasko Realty Group.
Gina and her husband, K.C., have 3 teenage children that attend Chapel Hill schools. They play music and sports every spare second of every day. You will often find Gina on the running trails, in the yoga studio, or cheering on her kids and her beloved Blue Devils.
