Jeanie is phenomenal!

I needed a realtor to find a home in Chapel Hill. She was highly recommended by a trusted friend who had recently done the same.

After finding a house that I loved and getting my offer accepted (no easy feat in this area), she immediately went to work ordering up requested inspections including HVAC, pest, radon, mold, chimney, foundation, and electrical. She was always available to meet inspectors and contractors at the house, following up with them and getting quick information back to me. There were a lot of inspections in a very short due diligence period and she handled it perfectly. I was floored at how easily she was able to handle everything and nothing fell through the cracks. Nothing.
